Background
In the last 12 years, Rene Sarkhosh, C.P.A. has been providing services both in technical tax and business management. His experience ranges from preparing multi-state returns, returns for foreigners as well as foreign residency returns. He has prepared consolidated returns for a handful of entities. He has been involved in purchases of businesses, sales of businesses and funding of businesses though raising equity and loan financing. He has worked with complex investment deals, 1031 exchanges and numerous business inceptions. He has helped with many trusts and estate plans and executed wealth transfers through family generations.
Our Mission
Rene's mission is to minimize the amount of tax his clients pay over their life time. He looks beyond the current tax year to make sure decisions made today, do not affect his clients adversely in the future. He does this by staying current with new legislature that will affect the tax laws and is proactive in recognizing their effects.
Our Team
Rene is licensed in the state of California. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is currently working on his Masters of Taxation from Golden Gate University. He has worked with many charitable organizations, and as a tax professional he has volunteered many years with VITA (an organization providing volunteer tax preparation assistance to the elderly and under-privileged). He has conducted continuing education courses to other CPAs, and is the current Vice-president of the La Canada (Referral for Life) Chapter of Business Network International.

Adena has been working with Rene as an associate since the beginning of 2011. She is currently working on her BS in accounting. Outside of her active school and work life, Adena enjoys playing the piano and volunteering for various organizations to give back to the community. Working with graduates of USC, she is motivated and determined to graduate from the prestigious university as well.
